By accessing or using Brevpulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Brevpulse provides an AI-powered daily digest service by connecting to your tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) to summarize relevant overnight activity. We use industry-leading AI models, including Google Gemini and Groq, to generate these summaries. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all summaries will be 100% error-free or complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Account
To use Brevpulse, you must create an account. You agree:
- You grant us permission to access your connected accounts via OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. To enhance security, we track login metadata (IP address and User Agent) and notify you of unrecognized sign-ins.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Brevpulse offers both Free and Pro subscription tiers.
- Pro Plan: Billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Brevpulse for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BREVPULSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos courts or via arbitration.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of Brevpulse after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
